All goods sold by the vendor are the subject of copyright and intellectual property rights, and certain goods have conditions and restrictions controlling their usage specified within the goods or in a licence issued by the vendor. Purchasers of these goods acknowledge their obligation to observe such conditions and restrictions and understand that breach of copyright and of these conditions and restrictions can result in civil liability and criminal action.
Payment & Price
(a) The vendor reserves the right to vary the prices of goods. (b) All invoices are due for payment on the date shown on the invoice. Payment is to be made in sterling unless otherwise agreed in writing by the vendor.

(a) The vendor will not accept goods for credit, refund, replacement, or rectification unless such return has been authorised by the vendor.
(b) The purchaser shall be responsible for the cost of carriage and insurance of all goods returned by the purchaser to the vendor for credit, refund, replacement, or rectification, which goods shall be at the risk of the purchaser until actual receipt of the goods by the vendor. The onus of proof of safe delivery shall rest with the purchaser.
While all reasonable care has been taken in the preparation of the goods, the vendor accepts no liability whatsoever for any errors or omissions and cannot be liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of following any information or guidance contained in the goods. No part of any goods supplied by the vendor constitutes compliance or legal advice. The purchaser should consult a suitably qualified expert on any specific issue. The extent of the vendor liability to the purchaser for any default or breach whatsoever and howsoever arising shall in no case exceed the invoice value of the goods and the vendor shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the purchaser in respect of any loss or damage whether suffered by the purchaser or any customer of the purchaser and whether direct, indirect, consequential, or however else arising.
